Your personal data is processed by Ömer Faruk Doğan Avukatlık Bürosu in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

If you complete the contact form, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and the information you share in your message are processed.

If you complete the Tera Portföy pre-consultation form, the financial transaction details you provide (the funds you hold, number of units, approximate amount invested, the institution through which you invested, and the date, channel and status of any redemption order), together with your answers about documents you have signed and any existing power of attorney, are also processed. This information is used solely to carry out a preliminary assessment of your request and to contact you to arrange an appointment; submitting the form does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

During your visit, technical records strictly necessary for the operation of the site (IP address, browser information, transaction security records) may be retained.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to your enquiries, evaluating appointment requests, carrying out a preliminary review of your request for legal counsel, and ensuring the security of the site.

Your data is not used for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; Article 5/2-(ç), compliance with a legal obligation; and Article 5/2-(f), the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Where none of these bases apply, your data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities and judicial bodies legally authorised to receive it, only to the extent required by legislation.

The hosting provider and database service provider of this site may access the data solely for the purpose of providing the service and in the capacity of data processor.

When a new form submission is received, a phone notification is sent to the office; this notification contains no personal data and only indicates that a new submission has arrived.

Contact form and pre-consultation form records are retained for the limitation periods prescribed in the applicable legislation following the conclusion of your request; at the end of those periods they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

Where a representation relationship is established, the file retention periods under the Attorneyship Act and related legislation apply separately.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request rectification where the data is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests in writing to info@omerfarukdogan.av.tr or to the office address stated above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical records strictly necessary for the operation of the site are retained.

Clicks on phone, WhatsApp and email links and form submissions are counted anonymously, together with the page on which they occur and the type of source the visit came from (for example, a search engine or an AI assistant). No cookies are used for this count, and no IP address, device information or anything that identifies you is stored. The type of source is kept only in your browser's session storage while the tab remains open.

This text concerns the explicit consent obtained from persons who complete the Tera Portföy pre-consultation form. Consent is obtained separately from the privacy notice above, through a separate checkbox on the form.

I consent to the processing by Ömer Faruk Doğan Avukatlık Bürosu of the name, telephone, e-mail and fund/transaction details I provide in the pre-consultation form (the funds I hold, number of units, approximate amount invested, the institution and channel through which I invested, the time, channel and status of any redemption order, and my answers about documents I have signed and any existing power of attorney) for the purposes of a preliminary assessment of my request, contacting me to arrange an appointment and retaining the data solely for these purposes, and to the transfer of this information, solely for the provision of the service, to the server and database service providers located abroad that host the site and store the data.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@omerfarukdogan.av.tr, and that withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that date.
