Our Method

For every file that reaches us, we first assess the legal character of the matter and the available evidence. On the basis of that assessment we inform the client about the likely course of the process and the alternative routes to resolution.

Depending on the nature of the dispute, we evaluate together whether mediation, settlement, or litigation is better suited to the circumstances of the file. Once proceedings begin, we share the hearing and procedural calendar with our client.

The fundamental principles of the legal profession, namely independence, professional secrecy, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest, are observed at every stage of our work.
